Sand Hauler
Description
Standard type sand trucks are mounted on a semi-trailer. These products include, but are not limited to, a uniform sand feeding unit, a single-belt conveyor, a double-belt conveyor, and a sand feeding conveyor. A uniform sand supply unit is available in various sizes. Through the discharge device, the propant enters the conveyor belt, which allows propant to be fed into a container located at a maximum height of up to 2 m.

To increase stability during unloading, the semi-trailer is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers. The hydraulic control valves are duplicated on both sides of the semi-trailer, which allows all operations to be performed from either side.

To ensure safe lifting and the operator's presence on the upper platform of the semi-trailer in the lowered and raised positions, the hopper is equipped with a transformable system of ladders and handrails.

Description
Structurally, the hopper is divided transversely into three compartments, the volume of the compartments is specified when ordering (the numbering of the compartments comes from the cabin).
The main hydraulic damper is installed at the outlet of the duct.
The compartments are connected to the box by vertically opening flaps (gates) on a hydraulic drive (the flaps are opened by hydraulic cylinders controlled from a hydraulic distributor located in the rear of the box).
Attachments
A sand truck with a conveyor belt includes a closed polymer or rubber belt, roller supports, drive and tension drums, and a geared motor.

To ensure a stable position on the surface of the bush site during operation, the Sand truck is equipped with 2 retractable hydraulic supports extending horizontally and vertically.

For the convenience of controlling the hydraulic system, the kit includes a remote control (cable length 5 m.), which can be connected to the system through sockets located on both the right and left sides.
Chassis
Reinforced frame with transmission and chassis, designed to operate in extreme off-road conditions. It serves as the basis for the stable operation of hydraulic fracturing. Tire pressure monitoring: at the request of customers, the sand truck is equipped with a tire pressure sensor, which allows you to change the contact spot to pass through sandy, swampy or snowy areas.
Type of equipment
The sand truck can be mounted either on the basis of a truck chassis or as a semi-trailer.

A sand truck based on a truck: The load capacity is usually 10-25 tons (depending on the number of axles).Body volume: From 6 to 20 cubic meters. High maneuverability, the ability to work in cramped conditions, on construction sites, the ability to walk on soft ground.

A sand truck based on a semi-trailer: High load capacity is usually 30-40 tons or more (up to 60 tons for road trains). Body volume: from 20 to 60 cubic meters. High economic efficiency when transporting large volumes over long distances.
Proppant feed conveyor
Description
A semi—trailer proppant conveyor (proppant carrier) is a specialized mobile complex (metered feed unit) based on a semi-trailer used in hydraulic fracturing (FRACKING). It provides transportation, storage and uninterrupted supply of propane to mixing plants under high pressure.

It is designed for high-speed continuous supply of bulk materials to the receiving facility, electric belt drive, the possibility of autonomous operation from its own diesel generator (main and backup) and from an external power source.



Facts
Hopper capacity: from \(40\) to \(80+\) cubic meters (allows you to place from \(35\) to \(70+\) tons of proppant, depending on the density of the fraction).

Feeding conveyor: A bucket (Z-shaped) elevator or a powerful conveyor belt providing vertical and horizontal feeding is most often used.

Power plant: an autonomous deck diesel engine with a capacity from 100 to 300 hp, which drives the hydraulics of the conveyor and the dosing system.

FRAC tanker
Description
FRAC tanker designed for the preparation and dispensing of process fluids (gels) and their mixtures during hydraulic fracturing. The container is transported on a trailer (semi-trailer) in an empty state. Transportation of liquid in a container is prohibited.

Hopper for proppant
Description
The tank is used as part of hydraulic fracturing equipment at oil production sites. The process of rock destruction occurs under the influence of the pressure of a gel-like liquid. The resulting cracks are filled with a loose material that keeps them in the desired condition. Later, oil seeps through them, and the flow rate of the well increases.


Execution options:
The vertical proppant hopper is designed for receiving, storing and dispensing proppant, a loose material, most often sand, with a fraction size of about 1 mm. It is available to order in volumes of 28, 33, 40, 45 m3, with one or two sections for the use of different fractions of material.


Main function

Accumulation of granular material and its metered feeding under the influence of gravity (gravity) into a blender unit for mixing with hydraulic fracturing gel.

Volume of containers

The most popular standard sizes range from 28 to 45 m3. With large-scale multi-stage hydraulic fracturing, entire complexes of several bunkers are deployed at the facilities.

Multi-section

Gel container
Where the gel container is used
The vertical gel tank is included in the hydraulic fracturing equipment package. The hydraulic fracturing method is used if the well has not been used for a long time, its resource has decreased, or traditional methods of oil production have ceased to be effective.

A gel-like liquid based on wedging agents and thickeners is pumped from the pressure vessel, which creates channels for the exit of minerals. Then the pressure decreases, but the channels remain, and hydrocarbons flow through them. After the hydraulic fracturing procedure, the flow rate of the well increases significantly.
